13-mile tailbacks after accident on A38 near Plymouth
A 13-MILE tailback on the A38 is clearing after an accident earlier today.
The five-car crash at 11.15am left traffic queuing from Haldon Hill to Ashburton on the eastbound carriageway.

Police said no one was seriously hurt in the shunt, which closed one lane of the A38.
The road was reopened at 1.42pm but police said: “It’s going to take ages to clear purely down to the volume of traffic.”
