The Pilgrims moved off the bottom of League Two with a vital 2-1 victory over Barnet at Home Park on Saturday, but are still in the relegation zone.
Argyle have 11 games to go, starting away to table-topping Gillingham this weekend.

“I echoe alabar1's comment, spot on. The defence, like last season, has to be on top form and then it's up to the midfield to be creative and our strikers to step up to the mark and bag some goals. On a personal note, I think, if used in the right way and position, Conor Hourihane is going to be important to us as he has been this season.”

“In the position we are in no one player is going to be overly important,the emphasis has to be on the team where it is going to be imperative that every player who pulls on the green shirt does so with a determination to get Argyle out of this hole,eleven heroes are called for,its a team game and each player has to play his part.
If I was to nominate the most important person it would have to be JOHN SHERIDAN who has got to mastermind our great escape and shuffle the pack to ensure we compete and collect the needed points for survival.
