PLYMOUTH Albion make just one change to their starting line-up from last week's side that lost to Nottingham for tomorrow's trip to Jersey.

Dual-registered prop Luke Cowan-Dickie returns from injury and will replace David Morton at loose-head.

However, there are a couple of other changes on the bench with Ruairi Cushion passed fit enough to travel to Jersey after missing last week's game with a knee injury. He takes Joe Bartlett's place on the bench, while Fijian Rupeni Nasiga replaces Sam Matavesi.

Coach Nat Saumi admitted team selection was quite easy this week, despite last week's defeat which was their fourth in a row.

"We want to get some continuity in the team just to get us going again in the league with this run of games coming up," said Saumi.

"It was not hard for me to select the team as I think they did well (last week), having looked at the DVD.

"It was just a case of losing concentration that cost us.

"But we have forgotten about last week and wherever we are in the table we still believe we are a good team."

He added: "The boys are all looking forward to the game on Saturday."

Rhodri McAtee is fit again after three weeks out with a groin injury, but he is not included this week.

"Rhodri is fit and ready to go again, but I think I will keep him for next week," said Saumi, who could lose a number of the club's dual-registered players over the coming month due to the LV=Cup.

"Other guys have been training well and he has missed a couple of training sessions, but he is fit to go."
