"But it is the new year now and we need to get things back on track and get the ball rolling again."
He added: "We had a good team bonding session on Sunday. An Army PTI came down and it was a really good team bonding.
"Everyone was massively pumped up at the end of it and hopefully we can take that into the weekend and get a good win this Saturday.
"The main thing is just getting back to winning ways.
"We can't put a finger on it (what has been going wrong)," he added. "The effort's been there but when we have looked at the videos we have missed opportunities here or the ball has not bounced right for us. But that's not what we are about.
"At the beginning of the year we played the game we wanted to.
"Maybe conditions have not allowed us to play that certain way, but we need to adapt to conditions and play more smartly. Hopefully, this week we can do that.
"We have done a lot of analysis on Moseley and, hopefully, we can put that into practice and get a win on Saturday.
"We do really need a home win."
