Appeal for witnesses to incident in Plymouth takeaway
POLICE are appealing for a group of key witnesses who were in a Barbican takeaway during an alleged public order incident to come forward.
Investigators say the two women and four men were in the New York Express takeaway in Notte Street at around 12.30am on Sunday, October 21 when a group of men entered the premises.
An alleged incident took place inside the takeaway which resulted in a counter top being damaged and the front window broken.
Police are very keen to hear from the women or men who were in the takeaway at the time.

Five men have been arrested in connection with a suspected public order offence and have been bailed until a later date.
