Aquarist cultivates baby fish
SIX species of baby fish have been cultivated at the National Marine Aquarium.
NMA aquarist Chris Challen, who is fresh from completing his masters degree at the University of Plymouth, has been cultivating the fish in test tubes.

A spokesman for the NMA said: "The most impressive of the species are the cuttlefish. They are no bigger then your fingernail, and they are currently on display along with the others in the aquarium's hatchery.
"The skill which Chris is most proud of is in breeding the Mysis Shrimp, which provides the essential nutrients for all the babies in his care.
"Chris is so attached to his brood that he is often found singing to them when he thinks no one is looking, which greatly amuses the rest of the aquarist team."

The images will be used as part of the university's Immersive Vision Theatre project.
