Art in the outdoors for carers
YOUNG carers created artwork on the city's waterfront as part of an innovative outdoor education project.
Plymouth-based organisation Arts in the Outdoors held the session at Devil's Point for five people from the Plymouth Youth Service Young Carers' Group.

ART: Young carers at Devil's Point
The 14- to 20-year-olds were supported by local businesses which gave their time for free.
The young people used seaweed, leaves, grasses, twigs, flowers and the latest technology to create a short film.
Nuku Wondrausch, Arts in the Outdoors director, said: "Opportunities to play, create and explore are fundamental to our childhoods and becoming balanced adults.
"Plymouth's young carers are faced with increasing pressures and challenges, which prevent them from engaging in play, socialising with friends, robbing them of their childhoods."
Arts in the Outdoors held the session with Fabric Studio, JAAM (Joining Art and Mind) and Lee Hodges, of Micasamovi Film Design.
Arts in the Outdoors was set up a year ago as a community interest company to improve the lives of young people using art and outdoors play.
The finished film will be posted online at www.artsintheoutdoors.com
