Biker killed on A38 is named
A BIKER killed in a six-vehicle crash on the A38 in South East Cornwall has been named as 72-year-old Terry Bettison from Liskeard.
Emergency services were called to the Halfway House Inn at Two Waters Foot at around 2.20pm on September 6 after a lorry and a motorbike collided.
Mr Bettison had been travelling east towards Liskeard when he came into collision with a car and a heavy goods vehicle which were travelling in the opposite direction.
Police said he was pronounced dead at the scene.

The A38 was closed in both directions between Dobwalls and Carminow Cross most of Thursday afternoon and evening.
Traffic officers were clearing the scene until midnight and the road was reopened around 6am the next morning.
