Biker remains in hospital after serious crash in Plymouth
A BIKER remains in hospital after his Harley Davidson was involved in an horrific crash.
The 42-year-old city man came off his motorcycle in a single-vehicle smash in Meavy Way, Crownhill, on Friday evening.
He was rushed to Derriford Hospital suffering from what police described as “life-changing” injuries, after being found lying in the road.
Officers believe the green Harley may have struck either a lamppost or a kerb on the stretch of road, which is just off the busy northbound A386, Tavistock Road.

Doctors treated the rider for head injuries over the weekend, which they say are not life-threatening.
The man is, however, suffering from a badly broken left leg, a Devon and Cornwall Police spokesman said.
Witnesses to the incident, which happened at around 6.40pm, are still being sought.
Anyone who saw the crash is asked to call police on 101, quoting log number 739 of June 29.
