Billboard poster stuck upside down on side of Plymouth street
Plymouth Pavilions say they are to 'have a word' with their signage company after a poster on a Plymouth billboard was placed upside down.
A poster for the Plymouth Pavilions ice rink has appeared upside down on a billboard in Exeter Street this weekend.

Plymouth Pavilions posted an image of the board on Facebook this morning saying: "Think we'll have to have words with our signage company about our Exeter Street billboard! Quite a mistake to make!"
A spokesman for Plymouth Pavilions said: "We spotted it this weekend, and it came as a bit of a surprise.

"We are on to the company but they work over quite a large area so we don't know when they can replace it - it could be there for a few days."
She said the poster, which advertises the Pavilions' ice rink events and hire for half-term and Halloween, was not deliberately posted upside down.
Danna Kemp, owner of the Best of British cafe and takeaway opposite the billboard, said: "My daughter pointed it out to me this morning as we've been away over the weekend, and my husband said he saw it on Friday.
"It's become a bit of a talking point, we are all having a bit of a giggle - it's hard to see how they could have put that up and walked away without seeing it."
Danna said seeing the new posters go up every couple of weeks can be a 'highlight of the day'.
She said: "It's always a bit of fun to watch them putting a new poster up. It tends to take about half an hour, and usually the pictures are made up of eight posters they piece together.
"I think they're numbered so they should go in the right order.
"We enjoy seeing the picture come together and trying to work out what it is.
"This'll be a bit of a giggle for a few days."

“Bet it's the only billboard to get this amount of publicity this week.
The blokes that put it up should be promoted for ingenuity.”
