Blake expects to recover in time to face Blackpool
ON-LOAN midfielder Darcy Blake expects to be fit for Plymouth Argyle's away game against Blackpool in the Championship on Saturday.
The 20-year-old has been receiving treatment for a calf injury that he picked up when playing for Wales under-21s on Saturday.

Blake insisted it was not a serious problem and he hopes to retain his place in the starting line-up when Argyle take on Ian Holloway's Blackpool.
As a precaution, however, he did not take up the chance of a call-up to Wales' senior squad for their last World Cup qualifier, away to Liechtenstein tomorrow.
Wales boss John Toshack was ready to include Blake in his plans for that match after seeing his squad depleted by injuries.
And there was a possibility Blake could have made his senior debut against Liechtenstein.
But Blake did not want to run the risk of worsening the calf injury and missing matches for Argyle.
He played the whole game for Wales under-21s when they beat Bosnia Herzegovina 2-0 in a European Championship qualifier at the Racecourse Ground, Wrexham, on Saturday.
Blake admitted he was disappointed to have to drop out of the Wales senior squad.
But he thought it was the only option open to him as he did not want to jeopardise his chances of playing for Argyle.
Blake told Herald Sport: "I felt it (the calf injury) a bit on Saturday and I didn't want to aggravate it.
"I hope to have a couple of days training later this week and I should be fit for the Blackpool game."
Blake suffered a hamstring injury playing for Wales under-21s against Estonia in early September and was sidelined for four weeks.
But he has started the last two games for Argyle, with both matches ending in triumph for the Pilgrims.
A 2-1 win at Peterborough United was followed by a home defeat of Scunthorpe United by the same scoreline.
As a result, Argyle have moved off the bottom of the Championship table and up to 22nd position.
Blake said: "I don't think the international break came at a good time for us because we were on a winning streak.
"But, hopefully, we can carry that on by beating Blackpool at the weekend."
Blake has been signed on loan from Argyle's Championship rivals Cardiff City until January.
He admitted he was enjoying his time at Home Park and would be interested in having his loan extended for the second half of the season.
FORMER Argyle striker Jermaine Easter has been called up into Wales' squad for their World Cup qualifier against Liechtenstein.
Easter has scored nine goals in 11 games for League One club MK Dons this season.
The last of his seven appearances for Wales came in a 2-0 win away to Luxembourg in March 2008.
Easter moved from Argyle to MK Dons for an undisclosed transfer fee in the summer.
