Brick thrown through window of moving bus
YOUTHS in Southway caused £400 damage to a bus after hurling a brick through a side window.
Police say it was fortunate nobody was injured, although the bus had to be taken out of operation to be repaired.

Investigators are now keen to hear from anybody who saw the incident, which occurred at the junction of Southway Drive and Clittaford Road at around 5.45pm on February 15.
The First bus was moving at the time and no clear description of the youths were given to police.

that is a cruel assumption saying that all teens in council houses in southwaay are mugs... ive lived here for a number of years and all the crime we normally have is minor crim,e. my nan lives in hartley which is as "posh" area.... shes had more trouble than we have... so therefore whoever ssent this question i think its approaching time for you to get your benefits... and the council said they will come and sort out your broken electrics later it is north prospect you live isnt it?”

“Hi I was brought up at southway, went school there, my mum is stil there although I am at Looseleigh,it is not fair to blame yobbish behaviour on council house people, when I was a bus driver I had eggs and debris thrown at me in sunny elburton There are yobs in all areas council and private, council house tenants are not all collectively scum.And its not just southway.”

If so I think I habe one very similar at home holding my house up.
Just for the record I have little doubt that the miscreants concerned were all high on Baby Bio.”

“When they catch this culprit i really do hope the judge severely punishes this individual, then let the papers put the picture and name on the front of the paper so we all know where this moron comes from.All cost that occur from the police and the damages to the bus passed to the individual and if the are to young make the parents pay, and lastly if it is a teenager make them for a whole year pick up litter every weekend on the Hoe with a sandwhich board around their neck so everybody knows what they have done, that should get the civil rights brigade going.”
