The vehicle has blocked a lane on the south side of the Marsh Mills roundabout.

When a van lost a bath on A38 last week we were shown a picture o a fully plumbed in bath complete with ceramic tiles and a fluffy towel. This person is a total joke.!”

“No doubt there are loads of Police cars and a lane cordoned off. However, we could engage the brain cell and tow it off to the side using a Police landrover or even the Discovery.
Then again this is Plymouth.”
