Broken down taxi causing traffic delays on busy Plymouth road

I thought they were just sent here for work experience and to learn how not to abuse customers. You want to see the congestion at Derriford hospital with the extra traffic from the Eye infirmary now. They now have car parking attendants directing everyone on the merry go round of car parks looking for the moment anyone pulls out of a space. How well thought out everything is in Plymouth. Its a stock picture. They use it all the time. in this event it seems misplaced if there wasnt an accident though, i agree. But going by the spelling in the article, it seems it was either rushed, or typed up by a trained monkey.”
