Burglary warning as two houses are raided
DETECTIVES are reminding householders to keep their homes secure following two burglaries in the same area.
Police are investigating with two incidents, one in Liskeard and another at Pensilva.

The burglary at Pensilva happened mid-afternoon on Thursday when a thief went into a house and stole a purse.
Another house had been burgled at around 6am on November 3, when the offender entered the home via an insecure door and stole two watches. The crimes may be linked and officers are asking the public to make things difficult for any would-be thief.

A police spokesman said: "Simple, everyday precautions such as locking a door or shutting a window may make the difference between you becoming a burglary victim or not.
"It is easy to become complacent when living in an area with a low crime rate, but the affect of a burglary on the home owner can be devastating.
"We would encourage people to get into a routine before going to bed at night."
