THE following cases have been dealt with by Plymouth magistrates.
JOANNE BARTRAM, aged 37, of Alcester Close, Plymouth: assault of a constable in the execution of his duty and breach of two conditional discharges – 12-month community order with 120 hours unpaid work and ordered to pay £50 compensation.

CAROLINE GREEN, aged 40, of Cornwall Street, Plymouth: assaulting a constable in the execution of her duty – 12-month community order with 80 hours unpaid work, ordered to pay £80 compensation.
ALLAN FORBER, aged 39, of Hamoaze Place, Plymouth: theft of Christmas cards from Clinton cards, theft of alcohol from the Co-op in Barne Barton and theft of whisky from the Co-op in Callington – 12-month community order with six-month Alcohol Treatment Requirement and ordered to pay compensation of £24.
ADRIAN PEAT, aged 42, of Renown Street, Plymouth: theft of aftershave and razors from Boots, possesion of a knife blade in a public place – 12-month community order with Drug Rehabilitation Requirement.
ADAM WOTTON, aged 28, of North Road East, Plymouth: theft of food from Sainsbury's – fined £60, ordered to pay £20 costs and £15 victim surcharge.
JOSHUA GILGUNN, aged 20, of Bucktor Place, Tavistock: possession of cannabis – fined £150, ordered to pay £85 prosecution costs and £15 victim surcharge.
JONATHAN HILLIER, aged 40, of Greenbank Avenue, Plymouth: possession of cannabis – fined £100 and ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge.
CHRISTIAN LLEWELLYN-JONES, aged 36, of St Stephens Street, Plymouth: driving a car while unfit through drugs – banned from driving for 36 months, fined £150, ordered to pay £100 costs and £15 victim surcharge.
STUART FULKER, aged 47, of Delamere Road, Plymouth: drink-driving – 12-month community order with six-month Alcohol Treatment Requirement and banned from driving for 24 months.
NEIL GILLEY, aged 28, of Crossway Avenue, Plymouth: drunk and disorderly – fined £50, ordered to pay £40 costs and £15 victim surcharge.
PETER KIMPTON, aged 58, of Galsworthy Close, Plymouth: drink-driving – banned from driving for 14 months, fined £100 and ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge.
ALISTAIR MACGREGOR, aged 35, of Tamar Avenue, Tavistock: drunk in the public highway – fined £50 and ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge.
JACK YORKE, aged 21, of Moor Lane, Plymouth: drink-driving – banned from driving for 18 months, fined £250, ordered to pay £85 prosecution costs and £15 victim surcharge.
GRANT COOPER, aged 25, of Montacute Avenue, Plymouth: possession of a knuckle duster as an offensive weapon and possession of MDMA – 12-month community order with 120 hours unpaid work and ordered to pay £85 costs.
AARON GARNER, aged 18, of Woollcombe Avenue, Plymouth: harassment of a woman with calls and texts – 24-month community order under probation supervision with 160 hours of unpaid work.

SIOBHAN LEE, aged 23, of Furse Park, Plymouth: possession of pepper spray, a weapon for the discharge of a noxious liquid and threatening behaviour – six-month community order with Female Offender Specified Activity, fined £50 and ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge.
