The actress, who became famous for television appearances in Men Behaving Badly and Jonathan Creek, will present a ten-part series exploring life in the county's tight-knit communities.

Each episode included stories about life in some of the county's most scenic towns and villages and features interviews with fishermen, shopkeepers, landlords and lifeboat heroes to local estate agents, chefs and food producers.
But it also drew criticism in some quarters for focusing too heavily on "lifestyle Cornwall".
In the second series, Ms Quentin will delve further into the Westcountry heartland, exploring tales of community spirit and personal endeavour, past and present.
She said: "Last summer I scratched the surface of the riches that Cornwall has to offer, so this summer, it's fantastic to get the opportunity to delve deeper into the county's treasure troves. I'm looking forward to meeting more of the characters and hearing more of the stories that make Cornwall so unique." A spokesman for Plymouth-based programme-maker Twofour said: "We're thrilled to be working with Caroline again.
"She offers us a uniquely personal view of the people and places that make Cornwall so special."
No dates have been confirmed of when the programme will be aired.

“Great, more idiots from London coming to town.
I used to work on a campsite down Padstow and the ******s used to drive me crazy with their stupid questions. Here's a few common ones:
1. How do I find a beach?
a. Drive to the bloody coast.
2. What happens to the sea when it goes out?
a. I'm no scientist but I reckon it comes in somewhere else
3. Can I get a refund if it rains?
a. No, you cheeky sod
4. Which way is the quay?
a. Up top of the hill
Plus, they thought it was appropriate to start each greeting with "WE'RE FROM LONDON" in a loud on holiday in the med style voice.”

“Aw come on Ger - if it wasn't for us gripers you wouldn't have anything to gripe about yourself would you?!
I'm not against tourism or any decent television promotion of Cornwall (for the record I am third generation Cornish and have owned successful pub & B&B businesses in the region so I do know the industry pretty well) What I dislike is four million people being fed a rose tinted upper middle class load of twaddle which is largely destined to benefit local estate agents and owners of top end accommodation/eateries far more than the county as a whole.
If CQ does deliver a more in-depth & balanced product in the second series then I will be more than happy to give her a pat on the back and tuck in to a big plate of humble pie, but you know what? I think my diet's pretty safe.”

“If over 4 million people get some form of pleasure out of the show, well then let them enjoy, it doesn't harm me at all. While I am no fan of the TV show, I am rather fortunate. My TV has an amazing device which allows me to change channels on programs which I do not want to watch, this saves me having to gripe about them on the internet.”
