“Some of the penalties for these offences are absurd~driving while disqualified and driving without insurance – 12-month community order with 100 hours unpaid work and ordered to pay costs of £60. £60? It is actually worth it, as a way of moving around and no insurance.

What does a community order involve? Assault on a woman, gets two different sentences~why?”
