MARCUS ANGOL, aged 35, of Greenlane, Tavistock: assaulting a woman by beating – fined £150, ordered to pay £50 costs and £15 victim surcharge.
DEAN FARRANT, aged 36, of Albert Road, Plymouth: assaulting a man by beating and causing criminal damage to a car – 12-month community order with 80 hours unpaid work, ordered to pay £100 compensation and £60 costs.
IAN HUNTER, aged 43, of Charles Darwin Road, Plymouth: assault of a woman by beating and harassment – two-year community order under probation supervision, with the Building Better Relationships Programme, ordered to pay costs of £40 and victim supervision of £60.

SHANE JOHNSTON, aged 47, of Long Down Gardens, Plymouth: theft of a bicycle – 12-month community order with 80 hours and ordered to pay £270 compensation
DERRICK LAWSON, aged 57, of George Place, Plymouth: four counts of theft, including food and knives – 12-month community order with Alcohol Treatment Requirement.
ANDREW O'BRIEN, aged 28, of Onslow Road, Plymouth: possession of NRG2, a controlled drug of Class B – fined £70, ordered to pay £55 costs and £15 victim surcharge.
MARCUS ALLEN, aged 30, of Binkham Hill, Yelverton: drink-driving – banned from driving for 20 months, fined £350, ordered to pay £85 costs and £35 victim surcharge.
DEAN BAILEY, aged 28, of Abbotsbury Way, Plymouth: drunk and disorderly and breach of a suspended sentence – fined £230 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge.
BEN LUGGER, aged 18, of Langley Crescent, Plymouth: drink-driving – banned from driving for 16 months, fined £185, ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge.
JASON BAKER, aged 27, of Thurlestone Walk, Plymouth: possession of a knuckle duster as an offensive weapon in a public place – three-month curfew on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, ordered to pay £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.
DANIEL GERRY, aged 27, of Grenfell Avenue, Saltash: threatening behaviour – 12-month community order with 80 hours unpaid work, ordered to pay £50 compensation, £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
TERENCE LEWIS, aged 48, of King Street, Plymouth: threatening behaviour and failing to surrender to bail – fined £100 and ordered to pay £20 costs.
GARY NOAD, aged 65, of Pasley Street, Plymouth: breach of an Anti-Social Behaviour Order by having an opened container of alcohol in public – fined £30 ordered to pay £20 costs.
DANIEL REILLY, aged 21, of Wordsworth Crescent, Plymouth: obstructing a constable in the execution of his duty – fined £35, ordered to pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
