JEREMY BROWNLOW, aged 41, of Mewstone Avenue, Wembury: assaulting a man by beating him – four-month community order with eight-week curfew, ordered to pay £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.

ANDREW GLAZSHER, aged 44, of Stuart Road, Plymouth: common assault of a man – 12-month community order with 150 hours unpaid work, ordered to pay £100 compensation, £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge
