Charity auction night for children
A CHARITY auction night will raise money for children battling muscular dystrophy.
Brave Little People is holding the event tomorrow at the China Fleet Country Club in Saltash.
The group raises money for local children including four-year-old Liam Jones, of Barne Barton, who was diagnosed with Duchenne muscular dystrophy two months ago. The devastating incurable condition causes progressive muscle weakness.
The auction will include five different sections – a silent bid, Dutch auction, £1 auction, auction bid and mystery action.

Brave Little People aims to bring together families affected by muscular dystrophy, and raise money to help Liam and Sophie Wherry, a Cornish girl diagnosed with congenital myotonic muscular dystrophy.
Entry to the auction night is free. Doors open at 6pm.
