A CHARITY football match will take place to raise money for the family of a man who was killed in a traffic collision.

James Hedges, from Southway, died on Monday morning following the single-vehicle crash near Tedburn St Mary on Sunday afternoon.

The 23-year-old was a keen footballer and played for Saltash United and Elburton Villa.

The charity match will take place at Estover Community College at noon on Saturday, and all money raised will go towards his family.
