A PLYMOUTH charity is holding a free '60s and '70s night today, to promote its work.

PL-ease – which raises money for children with complex needs – is hosting the event at the Mount Pleasant Inn from 7.30pm.

Entertainment will be provided by five-piece band Contrast and teenaged acoustic musician Josie Newton.

Raffle and auction prizes up for grabs include art by Brian Pollard, a signed Seth Lakeman CD, Argyle tickets, Theatre Royal tickets, and tickets to the Garden House.

The event provides an opportunity for people to find out more about the charity's work.
