SO MP Gary Streeter does not like the Civic Centre (Friday), yet I believe he is 'for' the incinerator in Devonport Dockyard.

I know what I would sooner see. The Civic Centre does not chuck out fumes like the incinerator will.

Also, the incinerator will be twice the size of the civic building, and 60 metres from people's homes.
