Civilian contractor to answer MoD bail next year
A CIVILIAN contractor arrested by Ministry of Defence police on suspicion of theft is to answer bail next year.
As reported in The Herald, Ministry of Defence police officers confirmed a man was arrested last week on suspicion of theft.
The man's arrest came after a search of premises in North Prospect Road, a spokesman said.
The arrested man was later taken to a police station in Plymouth – believed to be Charles Cross Police Station.

He was questioned by officers before being released.
A Ministry of Defence spokesman told The Herald how officers had carried out searches of a residential address.
They also carried out a search of a commercial premises as part of the investigation.
The spokesman added that property had been recovered and taken away for forensic examination.
The arrested man's name, and other personal details, have not yet been revealed by investigators.
However, he has been bailed, pending further inquiries, until March 20, 2013.
