They include Boardmasters veteran, chart-busting Totnes singer/songwriter Ben Howard plus local hero Cosmo Jarvis, Basement Jaxx, The Vaccines, Everything Everything and Grandmaster Flash.

The surf, skate and music festival that attracts over 90,000 fans and takes place at Fistral Beach and Watergate Bay is the UK's longest-running surf event.

It's happening this year from August 7-11.

THE Rod and Line in Tideford plays host to city duo 2Tonic tonight.

Mark plays blues harp, jaws harp and mouth-bow, as well as providing a rich vocal, while Andy plays bass drum, hi hat and acoustic guitars:

"We do a mixture of hi-energy covers and self-penned instrumentals with gusto, plus sunshine ballads that lift the soul."

They started out in 2007 as a Medicine Head tribute act to do a one-off show in Birmingham. They had so much fun they decided to carry on and show no signs of stopping just yet.
