Councillor has a knitter-natter
A CITY councillor got his knitting needles out as he chaired a discussion about the future of planning in Plymouth.
Councillor Brian Vincent, member for environment, joined members of the 'Knit and Natter' group on the council's mobile Plymouth Plan sofa on Tuesday.
Cllr Vincent said: "We have been very keen to get more people involved in this debate about the future of Plymouth right from the start, and this is a lovely way of tapping into people's ideas and thoughts.
"Someone on Twitter suggested we get the knitters to have a natter on the sofas and we thought 'why not?'"
