“howard marine are good company.my dad was a crane driver for years.and done plenty off jobs for this company until he retired.my dads cranes were always checked as was he.PLEASE DONT BELIEVE EVERY THING IN PAPERS.accidents happen no matter what job you got.i no off cranes companys who's drivers are not qualified, and these are based in plymouth.this crane operator could off been killed,so take that in too consideration.and when a crane being operated no one shud be that close to it.if any one is close enuff to a crane wen it is working then its there own fault if they get injured”

As the two of you seem to know so much of what happened on the site and just who is to blame then I suggest you present your evidence in writing to the appropriate authority ie. the HSE and the police. A written statement by the two of you will go far in any prosecution that may be brought. You could even be called as prosecution witnesses, stardom for two idiots at last. Something you can tell your mates about when your signing on in the dole queue and collecting your benefit money.”
