Dartmoor Zoo takes delivery of three zebras
PEDESTRIANS should feel safer crossing the threshold of Dartmoor Zoological Park as they welcome three zebras.
Owner Ben Mee has overseen the arrival of the African zebras, who will be living in a special wooden enclosure built after Tesco offered the funds.
The zebras – Zac, Zebedee and Spot – are among a number of new arrivals at the Sparkwell zoo.
Last month The Herald reported how three wolves were in quarantine at the site awaiting their move into a newly designed enclosure.
