Duo of comics at club
TWO top comedians are on the bill in a Plymouth gig for a children's mental health charity.
Aussie Matthew Hardy and Brit Jessica Fostekew will push out the laughs at Annabel's on Saturday to help Children in Mind.
Bafta award winner Hardy has all the big venues on the comedy circuit under his belt, plus a string of the largest festivals.
His current TV work includes writing for The Sketch Show, produced by Steve Coogan's Baby Cow.
Actress and stand-up Fostekew was rated an 'intensely funny fireball of fun' by Timeout, 2009. With more than 300 performances to her name at leading UK venues, she has earned glowing reviews from critics and fellow comedians.
All proceeds will go to Children In Mind, which helps young people and families suffering mental health difficulties.
Tickets are £10 and available from Vibes music shop, Annabel's in the Barbican, by calling 07790 595464 or going to www. childreninmind.org.uk or www.annabels cabaret.co.uk
