Ernesettle Lane in Plymouth reopened after police closure
ERNESETTLE Lane was partially closed after strong winds on Monday night left a shed in a "precarious position".
The 15ft by 10ft corrugated iron shed had "snagged" in the wind becoming a "danger to road users" according to police who took the decision to close the road.

The closure lasted for 50minutes through rush hour before the road reopened just before 9am.
A police spokesman said officers decided to close the road as it was thought the shed could "come down at any time". The shed was then dismantled.

Trees blown across the road alos closed a number of busy routes this morning.
The road north of Plymouth, towards Tavistock, was closed for a short while as was the route between the A38 and South Brent at Avonwick.
