GOOD news on reading the step up by the council on messy dog owners. I am involved with my football club 'Plymouth Parkway'. We play at Bolitho Park.
We have the decent folk who pick up after the said event, and we thank them for that.
But then we have a percentage who don't give a damn!
We attend the club on a daily basis to check all is well.
From Monday to Friday,

Only this week we found a dollop right on the entrance to our clubhouse.
On one occasion walking my own dog, a big dog laid a beauty right on the pathway.
The lady owner walked calmly passed it.
I shouted to draw her attention and pointed to the spot. She called me a bald headed old "---".
I explained the situation and offered her a poop bag. But the embarrassment was too much.
She relented and scooped it up in her hanky!
So we would be more than glad to see the scooper in the area.
Tell him to call in for a cup of tea and a biccy! He would be more than welcome!
