“You can buy a 2 bed maisonette in Barne Barton for around half that amount.
Mind you, there is a sodding great incinerator being built right next to the bedroom windows.
On a happier note, nearby landscaping works are about to start so there will be trees and a grassy play area where previously there were only trees and a grassy play area.
Don't we all just love profit-driven developers?

“£94,995 for a 1 bed apartment? I don't call that fantastic value. You can get proper houses in Plymouth for that kind of money. New houses are rubbish these days, they don't build em like they used to”
