Fish box burglary case is dismissed

THE case of a man accused of taking a box of fresh fish during a burglary has been dropped.

Mark Higgins, aged 20, had denied burglary at Fisheries Quay in Sutton Harbour on November 7. He was due to face trial before a judge and jury.

But the case against Higgins, of Embankment Road, has been discontinued at Plymouth Magistrates' Court.
