“Hope everyone involved is ok. Perhaps now Devon County Council will consider returning the old back road into Whitchurch back to the way it was, before the traffic calming measures. It was mayhem when I tried to leave Whitchurch at 6.30pm tonight on the Horrabridge Road. Accident looked really nasty. Once again, I hope everyone is ok.”
