The combination of beautiful flowers and exquisite food is surely one that no woman can resist? Holly Jones of Manna from Devon Cooking School in Kingswear will be joined by renowned local florist Emma Vowles to host two hands-on flower arranging workshops and demonstration lunches on Thursday 18th April and Thursday 16th May 2013. These follow on from the success and popularity of the ‘Food and Flowers’ days which took place towards the end of last year.
Commenting on these much anticipated days at this wonderfully friendly Devon cooking school, Holly Jones says: “The creative arts of flower arranging and cooking complement each other extremely well. Emma and I both work in a very similar way so it will be great to collaborate on this again. We had some fantastic feedback from those who previously attended the course and overall it was a great success so we’re looking forward to the next ones.” The course costs £135 per person which includes the learning to cook and flower arranging element as well as a delicious lunch and a stunning bouquet of flowers to take away. The class sizes are small and intimate and a lot is packed into the allocated time.
