The Big Draw is the world's biggest celebration of drawing. The Devon Guild of Craftsmen is one of many arts venues round the country putting on activities during October to support the campaign to get everyone drawing. The theme this year is taken from artist Paul Klee's quote, 'taking a line for a walk'. At the Guild craft centre in Bovey Tracey - they will be taking lines for a swim!
They are inviting kids, grown-ups and families to visit over 2 days during half-term to take part in free, drop-in activities. Visitors can work with qualified artists and use a range of materials to explore the power of the line, inspired by the current exhibition 'Rivers and Streams' - large photographic images of the River Exe and Dartmoor streams by Jem Southam.
