Friends scheme revived for films at Plymouth Arts Centre
Recent films at one of Plymouth’s best-loved cinemas have proved so popular that the venue is re-launching their Friends scheme to enable loyal visitors the chance to book their cinema tickets in advance of them being on sale to the general public.
Quartet and Les Miserables screened at Plymouth Arts Centre sold out with extra screenings having to be programmed. The charity has responded to requests from customers to be able to book the films in advance of them being released to be booked by the general public. It is anticipated that films in Plymouth Arts Centre’s forthcoming March-April series, including Song for Marion and Hitchcock will also prove popular.

Friends will also now benefit from discounts and seasonal offers in the café, which won the Best Restaurant Plymouth award, and is now being run by Plymouth Arts Centre. Free and discounted tickets, events and exhibition previews of the contemporary art at the Centre are also part of the scheme which costs £20 a year for a single and £30 for a double membership.
