Plymouth Herald

PLYMOUTH Community Healthcare decided to work with The Herald as part of its loveLIFE campaign as it represented an ideal opportunity to assist in developing its objectives of providing high-quality healthcare to the people of Plymouth and its surrounding areas.

We provide a unique range of services that focus on physical and mental wellbeing, for adults and children.

Plymouth Community Healthcare's motto is 'Supporting people to be Safe, Well and at Home' and as part of this aim it has worked with the Herald to develop an awareness of its services. PCH was created as a community interest company in order to ensure that it puts the people we serve at the centre of what we are seeking to achieve. We are therefore committed to developing our services with the involvement of people using our services and their carers.

The benefits of being part of this campaign have allowed PCH to develop its own objectives while encouraging its services to support a lifestyle which is so important in ensuring that individuals can lead happy and healthy lives.

Plymouth Community Healthcare has successfully completed its first year operating as a new business at the same time that the loveLIFE campaign is celebrating its first year anniversary.

We are therefore delighted to pledge our support for the second year of the loveLIFE campaign and look forward to continuing to work with the Herald in improving the health of the communities we serve and further developing how staff and our local population can help to enhance how we deliver services.
