Gary Barlow said: “I’m really excited about these dates. Playing live is my favourite thing and I haven't played a solo show for over a year now. Last year playing two London shows was brilliant, we all had such a good time, so I thought right let's get out and see the rest of the country!”
Gary Barlow has written 11 Number 1 singles. He has had three Number 1 singles and two Number 1 albums as a solo artist, and has had sixteen top 5 hits, eleven Number 1 singles and seven Number 1 albums with Take That.
He is also a six-time recipient of the Ivor Novello Award and has sold over 45 million records worldwide with Take That.
He was appointed OBE in 2012 for services to the music industry and charity.
Marketing Officer at Plymouth Pavilions, Robert Maltby said: “There has been a real buzz around the Pavilions office with our latest signing; Gary Barlow. His profile is massive at the moment. To get this calibre of artist to perform here in Plymouth is such a big thing for the city and venue, and only a week after we announced Leona Lewis. The big names just keep on coming! Gary is certainly going to be the busiest men in showbiz, balancing the demands of a live tour just when the X Factor will be in its prime and the demands this brings as a head judge and mentor, but I’m sure as always Gary will deliver an amazing live performance for us.”
Tickets, which will be limited to four per customer, will cost £55, £45, £35.
They will be available from the box office, on 0845 146 1460 and at plymouthpavilions.com.
