Goals Plymouth Announces Fair Play League Winners
J and B Bricklayering were crowned Goals' Fair Play Winners of the Summer Season. The team comprised of work colleagues and friends beat over 100 other teams in order to win the accolade. The Fair Play competition grades teams every league match on their sportsmanship and conduct. The Wednesday League team scored 40 out of a possible 40 points in 8 matches.
They were closely followed by Cage Kings, a Tuesday League team who have also shown an excellent level of sportsmanship and respect in their games. General Manager, Steve Megson commented, "the Fair Play League is a well respected competition with Goals' teams and we wish to congratulate both J and D Bricklayering and Cage Kings on their achievement". He continued, "Goals has a commitment to ensuring good conduct and these teams have shown their dedication with their continued outstanding efforts".
