Plymouth Crown Court heard that Samuel Quinn, of Moorview Terrace, was involved in the incident at a city bar, Bang Bang, on November 27, 2011.

He was charged with affray to which he pleaded not guilty but guilty to a section four public order offence which the Crown Prosecution Service accepted.
