Graduate in court for Plymouth bar 'fracas'
A 21-YEAR-OLD graduate was given a 12 month conditional discharge after he was seen on CCTV to be involved in "a fracas".
Plymouth Crown Court heard that Samuel Quinn, of Moorview Terrace, was involved in the incident at a city bar, Bang Bang, on November 27, 2011.
He was charged with affray to which he pleaded not guilty but guilty to a section four public order offence which the Crown Prosecution Service accepted.
Two others were allegedly involved in the incident and are due to face trial on July 16.
Judge Francis Gilbert, who imposed a 12 month conditional discharge said he "hoped" the fact Quinn was involved in the incident didn't affect his career.
