Homeopathy evening
PEOPLE interested in homeopathy and therapy can enjoy an open evening next week.
The Barbican Therapy Centre in Stokes Lane is holding the free event next Thursday, October 18 between 6pm and 8.30pm.
Guest will receive a complimentary drink on a arrival. There will be an introductory talk at 7pm followed by a 1- minute meditation session for those who wish to take part.

“I wonder how honest the speakers will be?
Will they mention the controversy over homeopathy? That the vast majority of medical professionals and scientist think it's an elaborate placebo? That it's diluted so far that none of the original substance remains? That they believe "the more you dilte a substance the more potent a medicine it is"? (I wish I were making that up!)
Or will they overuse the word natural as if natural = good for you.
Or bash modern medicine (nothing like knowcking the opposition to sell your quackery!)
Perhaps citing a few poorly conducted studies.
The killer blow for homeopathy is not it's whacky practices, but the fact that there has never been one RCT, double-blind trial, that has been independantly verified showing homeopathy to be anymore effective that a similarly administers placebo.”
