COMPETITION winner Tracey Holmes today said she enjoyed an amazing night watching pop star Paloma Faith, thanks to The Herald and Plymouth Pavilions.

Tracey, aged 47, from Plymstock was stunned to win a pair of tickets to see the show on Friday.

She said afterwards: "It was absolutely amazing. It was a fantastic night, I really enjoyed it. The stage set was really good, dressed with what looked like trees.

"Even my husband Phil enjoyed himself and he is not a real fan."

The catering assistant got into the sell-out gig after winning a competition in the Herald.

She also bagged a makeover for two at No. 4 Hair Boutique in St Andrew's Street.

Tracey said she had no time to take advantage of the prize before the concert by the famously glamorous pop star.

She will be having the makeover while on holiday this week. Her daughter-in-law is to have the other makeover.
