The man was described as being in his twenties, white with dark hair. He wore a white football-type shirt – possibly and England top – with the word Parker on the back in red lettering.
The man was also said to have been wearing glasses and was unshaven.
Both girls were distressed at the incidents but unharmed.
A police spokesman said: “The incidents were thankfully very brief and at the low end of the offending scale. Nevertheless, it was very distressing to each girl and they have been given support from their schools and families.
“The suspect may not even be aware that what he did was an offence and will be taken seriously by police. We know the writing on the back of this shirt is quite specific, but we hope this detail may prompt people to pick up the phone and call us with some helpful information. ”
“We don’t want to unnecessarily alarm people, but it’s important those who live nearby to these areas are vigilant and parents have the opportunity to speak to their children – so they can be aware and know how to report an incident if necessary. If you see anyone matching this description or acting suspiciously, call the police.”
If you have information contact police on 101 or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111 quoting crime reference number EP/12/648.

“Another sicko on the loose, i still believe the old prison system of non segregation is the best treatment, additionally the so called experts who say these people are fit for realease, when we all know they nearly always re offend, should be locked up with them. Our children deserve protection and these incompetent PC idiots appear to do their very best to ensure they are not going to get it.”
