Gang member jailed for breaching Asbo
AN ALLEGED gang member has been jailed for breaching a tough anti-social behaviour order by hanging out with a violent thug.
Jonathan Webb, aged 22, said to be one of the prime movers in the notorious Honicknowle Defence Regiment, has been given a four-week prison sentence.
-

He admitted breaching an order by meeting HDR ringleader Nathan Danvers and by breaking his curfew.
Plymouth magistrates also heard he damaged a door and a table belonging to a social club.
The court imposed wide-ranging orders on Webb and four other five alleged gang members in April after an application by the city council backed by the police.
Magistrates heard then that gang members had been linked with 300 crimes and incidents of anti-social behaviour in and around the inner-city area.
The orders are interim and have yet to be opposed by the five at a full hearing – but breaching any of the conditions is still a criminal offence.
They were each banned from meeting each other and HDR leader and violent thug Danvers, aged 19, who has was released from prison for robbery earlier this year.
Webb, of Ringmore Way, admitted breaching the order by meeting Danvers on May 11 and causing criminal damage to a door and a table at the Brookside Social Club in Honicknowle on January 31.
Magistrates sentenced Webb, who appeared from Exeter Prison via videolink, to four weeks in jail and ordered that he pay £250 in compensation to the club.
Elaine Keen, prosecuting, said that police clearly saw Webb with Danvers just before 6pm on May 11 at a car park in West Park.
But the pair ran away before they could be challenged.
She said that police called on Webb at 7am the next day when he should be obeying his curfew. But he was not at home in breach of the order.
The court heard that Webb kicked and broke the door of the Brookside Social Club in Farm Lane after he was thrown out by staff following an argument. He also smashed an outside table with a stone.
Webb has convictions for aggravated vehicle taking and assault causing actual bodily harm.
Kenneth Papenfus, for Webb, said the breach of the order was 'something of nothing'.
He added: "He did no more than walk down the street in the company of Nathan Danvers. He has never been arrested with Nathan Danvers and has never got into trouble with Nathan Danvers."
Mr Papenfus said that Webb went to the shops and bumped into Danvers. He was then seen by police while they were talking.
He added that at the time of the Brookside incident Webb had just been released from prison and was drinking heavily.
Mr Papenfus added that Webb was also using drugs and 'not thinking clearly'.
But the court heard that since being in prison Webb had taken courses to tackle alcohol abuse and for anger management.
Magistrates are set to hear the application for the full anti-social behaviour order in September.

“the amount of comments people throw across about these "thugs" as you call them make me laugh, considering the fact you know nothing about them its unfair you feel you have the right to judge someone just by their actions, yes theyve done wrong thats why theyve been charged for it. some of these comments are so pathetic considering what a petty crime it was in the first place, are no one aloud to slip up once or twice these days?”

“HDR,
What exactly is there to "defend" in Honicknowle?
If you want to defend something of worth then join the service and maybe they will make men out of you instead of useless chav muppets like you all are.”

“forget violence towards these low lifes, just bring every government department to thier parents doors, benefit agency and taxman. overnight those who are living with thier parents in the usual subsidised life styles will be suddenly unpopular within the family for drawing undue attention to the sordid way of life many of these scum bags exist by.”

“M quote- "Believe me dude, the first rule generally is that you don't go bragging on public forums about it on account of either retribution, prosecution, or hassle"
What makes you think we Vigilantes are afraid of retribution, prosecution and hassle mate?

“Believe me dude, i know people who actually did s*it like that, and the first rule generally is that you don't go bragging on public forums about it on account of either retribution, prosecution, or just plain old unwanted hassle.
This means that those who do brag about such acts in open forums are generally either Lying or attentionwh0ring.
And since right wingers typicly use the possible threat of violence to push their views, I certainly get why you do it... afterall it's not like you ever express the reasoning behind your rhyme, beyond smug comments which do more to add questioning to your reasons than supply answers.”

“M Quote- "seriously how many times in the last month have you had to post about being a Vigilante?"
I was shot at 3 times in my Vigilante days mate (one of which hit me in the leg) and when native citizens saw me coming they used to scurry out of sight shrieking "Aiee! It is he who walks with danger!"”
