POLICE have launched a man-hunt after a theft at a jewellers in Liskeard.

A quantity of jewellery was stolen during the incident which took place around 2.30pm on Tuesday.

Three men are wanted in connection with the incident and are believed to be using a black Volkswagon Golf and may be staying at a campsite in Cornwall.

The offenders are described as white men aged between 30 and 45.

One is described as having light brown hair and was wearing a cream arran jumper.

The third man is described as of stocky build, with an unkempt appearance and greasy hair. He was wearing a beige coloured shirt and light coloured trousers.

One man is currently in police custody in relation to the theft.
