Jon Paul Oxley, who inspired The Herald to launch the campaign, died from chronic cystic fibrosis at the beginning of September.
The campaign aims to inspire 1,000 city people to become organ donors and Jill Oxley, Jon Paul's mum, hopes donor numbers will "rocket" as a result.
Jon Paul told his story to The Herald in July in the hope more people would sign the Organ Donor Register and help save lives.
