OPMs and Devonport Services enjoyed a win apiece in their two weekend fixtures.
Host club, OPMs took the first match by the narrowest of margins, 11-10, in tries, while Services reversed the result in the second match, securing a 10-3 victory.

HENRY POWELL’S second-half try for OPMs was not enough to counter Services’ four touch-downs before the break.
OPMs’ player of the match was Sam Walker, who produced some fantastic tackling, while Sam O’Connell earned the most improved player award.
SERVICES recorded a 30-0 victory in the first match between the sides.

TWO tries apiece for Fred Smale and Jack Jones, and touch downs from Alfie Halton and Harry Smithson-Pascoe, propelled OPMs to a 15-point home victory against Services.

OAKS’ man-of-the-match William Cane led from the front as his side secured a convincing victory at Salcombe.
Cane controlled the pace of the game, scoring a try and converting kicks perfectly as he illustrated Oaks’ superiority in the mauls.
Oaks’ pack’s dominance provided the platform for the opening try.
A powerful maul on their opponents’ line was touched down by Peter Clifford.
Harvey Dunn and Matthew Gilbury were gaining ground in the mauls for Oaks with added pressure from Stan Lawrence and Ryan Whitehead.
At each scrum, the quick-thinking Keiran Wiles-Rouke closed down Salcombe.
The swiftness of Oaks’ backs allowed good movement of the ball, with Reece Gocher, Luke Goldstone and Jacob Kincaid impressing.
After the break, and with the fresh legs of Sam Howard and Luke Harrison, Oaks continued to dominate.
Charles Burch’s try set the seal on the win for the visitors.
