ON Christmas Eve I went with my granddaughter to the pantomime, as we have done for the last 10 years. I was thoroughly disgusted with the smut and innuendos from Julian Clary. We know he's gay, I have friends who are gay but I think it unnecessary to bring it into a children's panto. Even my granddaughter thought it unsuitable. Orville the duck was brilliant.
